Company Builder – AI-Native Ventures

We are looking for a Company Builder to launch and scale new companies from scratch.

A VC-backed company, Telemachus identifies traditional businesses that have become inefficient in the age of AI and rebuilds them from first principles. Each venture begins with a clear plan, a small team, and the capital required to execute quickly.

In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle of company creation. You will identify opportunities, validate business models, acquire the first customers, and build the systems and infrastructure that allow the business to operate and scale efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with the ability to build and automate using modern tools. You will not just design how a business should work, but actively build it from zero and run it as it grows.

We are looking for someone who wants to build companies, not just work in one.

What you will do

  • Identify and validate new business opportunities

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies

  • Acquire the first customers and generate early revenue

  • Build and automate internal systems using AI, automation tools, and lightweight coding (“vibe coding”)

  • Design operational processes that allow businesses to run efficiently from day one

  • Work across growth, operations, suppliers, and logistics as ventures scale

  • Analyse markets and competitors to identify inefficiencies and opportunities

  • Continuously improve systems and processes from first principles

Who this role is perfect for

You might be a strong fit if you:

  • Have experience in startups, consulting, growth, operations, or similar high-performance environments

  • Enjoy building things from scratch, both commercially and technically

  • Are comfortable using AI tools, automation, and basic coding to build systems and accelerate execution

  • Have strong commercial instincts and enjoy generating revenue and identifying opportunities

  • Are practical, resourceful, and able to move quickly from idea to execution

  • Have built something before, such as a side project, product, automation, or internal system

  • Enjoy solving messy, real-world problems and designing simple, scalable solutions

  • Are highly curious and learn new tools and technologies quickly

  • Have strong ownership and are motivated by building from zero
