Founder’s Associate – Telemachus

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly alongside the founder across multiple ventures.

Telemachus is a VC-backed company that builds AI-native businesses by identifying inefficient incumbents and rebuilding them from first principles. Each venture is launched with a small team, a clear plan, and the capital required to execute quickly.

In this role, you will operate as an extension of the founder, working across strategy, execution, and operations. You will be exposed to every part of building and scaling companies, from early-stage idea validation to execution on high-priority initiatives.

This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role for someone who wants to understand how companies are built from the inside and is comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

What you will do

  • Work directly with the founder on high-priority projects across multiple ventures

  • Support the validation of new business ideas and opportunities

  • Help drive key initiatives across growth, operations, and strategy

  • Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving on a wide range of topics

  • Build and improve internal processes, tools, and workflows

  • Coordinate across teams, partners, and stakeholders

  • Take ownership of specific projects from idea to execution
